Of course, members of the Copperfield HOA enjoy the pool at no extra charge, but if you live outside the boundaries of Copperfield, your whole family can enjoy the Copperfield pool all summer long for a mere $250. Covenant Ballots Coming Soon!
We thank all the members that attended our annual meeting and mailed in proxy cards. We will be sending out mail-in ballots to vote on making changes and reaching quorum easier. Without a quorum we are unable to change our annual meeting from mid- December to a more convenient time for our members. We would also like to change the guidelines for fences, RV's and reaching quorum at our annual meeting. Watch your mail for more information and your official ballot.

Help Wanted:
The Copperfield HOA pool fence is in need of a coat of paint. After soliciting several bids from local painters, the board has decided to hold a fence painting day after the pool closes. In the next few weeks, we need you to help save almost $2,000 by helping us paint the fence. If you can offer a few hours on an upcoming Saturday, please visit the contact page to sign up or call 719-392-2134 and leave a message. Once a date is set, weather permitting, we'll contact you to join in, Huck Finn.

Neighborhood Watch:
At the request of our members, we are looking into revitalizing our Neighborhood Watch program. We have spoken with the El Paso County Sheriff's Department and in order to bring back the watch program, we need approximately 30 people to volunteer as block captains. The block captains will attend training presented by the El Paso County Sheriff's Department and be responsible for relaying information to members.
